VR SERIES CNC GUILLOTINE SHEAR

◇ Features

▸ DAC360/DAC350/DAC362S system controls the backguage, shearing strokes, cutting angles and the clearance between the upper and lower blades with great precision.

▸ The ram stroke can be adjusted automatically to achieve fast and accurate shearing of short workpieces and thus to improve productivity.

▸ The high speed backguage is driven by linear guideway and ballscrew with a speed of up to 250mm/s and sheet refeed of up tp 1000mm.

▸ To improve shearing quality, the system can automatically adjust the clearance between upper and lower blades for different materials of varying thickness.
